1 shoulder steak, de-veined and sliced in half
1 green Italian pepper, sliced
1 can Chinese baby corn
MARINADE:
2 tbl. dark soy
2 tbl. garlic oil
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. garlic flakes or fresh garlic, chopped fine
SAUCE:
1 tsp. bean sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. chili oil
3/4 c. broth
corn starch paste} + 1/2 c. broth
Cut up steak as instructed or use in julienned slices. Cut up peppers and corn in half. Mix sauce and set aside. Parboil peppers covered for 30 seconds then set aside, running under cold water when finished. Heat wok and fry peppers and corn for 1 minute. Fry steak then set aside. Heat wok. Add sauce. Cook 1 minute, then add vegetables, mixing well. Mix meat then serve.
