1 bunch broccoli floweret's
1/4 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
MARINADE:
3 tbl. garlic oil
2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. white wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic flakes (optional)
Tapioca or corn starch paste
MASTER SAUCE:
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
- Cut up broccoli into 1/2 slices, set aside heavy stalks.
- Cut beef into 3 strips horizontally and cut into 1/2 inch strips and marinade twenty minutes.
- Heat four cups water to a hard boil. Add broccoli and cover. Cook two minutes. Then rinse in cold water till broccoli is cold, then drain. Lay on flat dish.
- Assemble master sauce, set aside.
- Stir fry beef 3-4 minutes, set aside
- Heat wok. Add 2 tbl. oil then stir fry broccoli one minute. Add beef and master sauce.
- Cover for two minutes. Thicken with corn starch paste.
