1 bunch broccoli floweret's

1/4 lb. round steak, thinly sliced

MARINADE:

3 tbl. garlic oil
2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. white wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic flakes (optional)
Tapioca or corn starch paste

MASTER SAUCE:

1 cup chicken broth
3 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Cut up broccoli into 1/2 slices, set aside heavy stalks.
  2. Cut beef into 3 strips horizontally and cut into 1/2 inch strips and marinade twenty minutes.
  3. Heat four cups water to a hard boil. Add broccoli and cover. Cook two minutes. Then rinse in cold water till broccoli is cold, then drain. Lay on flat dish.
  4. Assemble master sauce, set aside.
  5. Stir fry beef 3-4 minutes, set aside
  6. Heat wok. Add 2 tbl. oil then stir fry broccoli one minute. Add beef and master sauce.
  7. Cover for two minutes. Thicken with corn starch paste.
