6 eggs (beaten) & 1 tbl.
ginger-garlic mix
1 c. river shrimp
1 c. diced beef
1 c. chopped bok choi stalks
1 c. bean sprouts
2 tsp. tapioca starch
2 c. master sauce
1 scallion chopped fine
- Fry shrimp beef, set aside.
- Mix finely chopped vegetables.
- Mix meat, shrimp, vegetables, mix well.
- Beat eggs.
- Mix eggs and meat & vegetable mix.
- Fry like pancakes.
- Heat master sauce, pour over pancakes. Sprinkle on scallions.
