6 eggs (beaten) & 1 tbl.
ginger-garlic mix
1 c. river shrimp
1 c. diced beef
1 c. chopped bok choi stalks
1 c. bean sprouts
2 tsp. tapioca starch
1 scallion chopped fine
  1. Fry shrimp beef, set aside.
  2. Mix finely chopped vegetables.
  3. Mix meat, shrimp, vegetables, mix well.
  4. Beat eggs.
  5. Mix eggs and meat & vegetable mix.
  6. Fry like pancakes.
  7. Heat master sauce, pour over pancakes. Sprinkle on scallions.
